After trying to ‘fix’ my bicycle on my own and rendering it completely unusable in the process.. I walked into the shop with my bike prepared to pay any amount to have it fixed..these guys just stopped what they were doing (they were busy with other bikes) and fixed my bike there and then..and with no charge! I did offer to pay, but they said no thanks. What an awesome experience! I’ll take my bike there any time.. THANK YOU Northern Heights Bikes :)))

I popped into Northern heights as I was concerned with how halfords had built my bike. There were a few loose bits (including the handlebars!). I was so impressed with the service here. Both men (I think one was called Brandon) were really helpful. They checked it over and tightened bits that needed it and ensured the bike was safe. My husband had some questions about wheels and they were really helpful and happy to answer them. I will be returning for any work that needs doing on my bike, including when it needs servicing!

Today was the first time I went to Muswell Hill Bikes shop. I found the staff to be very polite, pleasant and helpful. Although they didn't have what I wanted for my bike, they provided me with great advice on how to improve my cycling experience. Because of the excellent staff attitude, I will be taking my bike their whenever it needs a service or repair.

Brandon was very helpful and fixed an old issue on my hub gear bike on a Sunday afternoon in a few minutes. Explained well what had happened and gave me tips to prevent it from happening again. Brilliant experience! 👍

Wonderful experience! I rang asking if they could help me pump some air into my deflated Bosu balance board and they kindly helped me dismantle the thing, get some air into it, and put it back together again! Such a kind person helped me, so friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone for their biking needs. Thank you again team - I won't forget it!

Very nice. Skilled staff and helpful in a quiet sort of a way. I just wanted some advice about changing the knobbly tyres on my folding bike to Shwalb type smooth un-puncturable tyres and they gave me all the information I needed. I strongly recommend this bike shop.

I was disassembling my bike to pack it in my travel bike so I needed to take the pedals out. For some reason, It was so hard to take it out so I took it to this bike shop on a Sunday morning so they can help me. The young lad tried and it was indeed very hard but at the end with the right tool he was able to do it. After that, he never charged me for his help. Just by that, you can tell they are honest and are always happy to help. I have bought stuff from the store before but this was a nice touch. Thanks.
