Haywards Heath Cycle Centre

Today as other times. I will tell you about the good attention that Cyde Center provides. I had the wheels of my bike without air and had it repaired. Steve attended me a kind man. Close and honest. of these people who find little. Do not hesitate to approach. the best workshop and sale of bicycles in Haywards Heath.

Many miles from home I snapped a spoke nipple, luckily near the Cycle Centre. Very friendly guy accepted my bike straight away and while we all had a coffee next door he completed the repair in 30 mins at a very reasonable cost. First class service.

Great experience at the Cycle Centre Haywards Heath. Dropped off my bike in the morning and it was fixed by lunchtime. I've been in a few times and staff are always incredibly helpful and happy to give advice.

I always find Steve and Dan friendly, knowledgeable, straightforward and reliable. Their bike services are reasonably priced and on the one occasion I’ve bought something - a light - from them that later failed to work they were quick to replace it with an upgraded model. Over seven years I’ve never had a problem they haven’t been able to swiftly fix.

I took my bike in due to some play in my headset. I was looking for a fix at short notice due to a cycling event the following day. The team were extremely helpful and took to resolving the issue immediately, so much so that the issue was resolved in the time it took for me to go for a coffee. Not only was the problem resolved, the team completed the work free of charge due to the fairly simple fix. I absolutely recommend this shop and as a cyclist it’s good to know we have a local cycle shop that are professional and can be relied upon.

I'm not local but popped in as I had a spare 5 minutes and needed quite a specific part to fit a rack to my bike. Whoever was working was only too happy to help and found exactly what I needed in the back. Great local shop!

Had two wheels here trued, both immaculate (given the state of the second set). The first was out of dish too. Getting my next wheels built here. Staff are there to help too.
