I would defo recommend them if you’re in the hunt for a bike, need some gear/equipment or have some repairs.
Great job to Paulo and team, I will be back.
Thanks,
Sebastian
First of all, the service of the man that attended me that day was perfect, everything I was explaining about the bike he knew, the sound It has in the derailleur, the cables inside that are shaking and the brakes that are having a sound.
He said that he is going to wash the wheel to fix the brakes, I explained that I think the derailleur is not aligned because the leg is doing a bad sound when cycling, etc.
The bike was given back to me in exactly the same conditions I left, they didn't even put grease in the chain or the cassette.
Pretty bad, I bought this bike in balfe's, Trek dual sport 3. 6 weeks using and from the first days it has workmanship problems, the bike feels or sound like a 2 years bike. Having sound everywhere and I just use for going to my work that is 15 minutes close.
There's quite a lot of space in the shop but it felt a bit cramped at the till because it's very close to a staircase to the basement, I reckon the till might benefit from being at the back of the shop!
Great range of bikes/clothes/accessories, plenty of customers, would benefit from some music in my view!
Alex on customer service helpfkl guy juggling clients very well!
Had a small job done on my 1996 Clockwork Orange by engineer Chris Whiteley, thanks Chris!
I went in again to fix my child’s bike, they have once again proven themselves to be the nicest human beings I have seen in years. The bike was fixed at an unbelievably affordable price considering the work was put into it and also change of tire. Sorry that Hassan was the only name I remembered but everyone else was equally delightful.
