Giant Store Shoreham

I want to thank all the good folks at the Giant Store in Shoreham. I am here supporting my mum's her cancer treatment during these strange times. As much as we all love our mums, the potential of 8 weeks in a one bedroomed apartment required some planning! To keep fit and sane I needed a turbo trainer and bike and the Giant Store gave excellent advice and prepared the bike to take in a few hours to minimise the time I needed to be out. Thank you all. I wish I'd take the advice and got one of those things for my front wheel haha but mum's magazines seem to be doing the trick...best wishes and thanks Gary Lee

Really nice guys down there wide range of stuff in the shop.
I got my first e bike here went in not knowing a thing about what I wanted they went through what I wanted out of a bike no pushy sales and just pointed me in the right direction I wasn't disappointed love the bike.
Not only that I've popped back in for many things and they have been very helpful everytime if you're looking to buy a bike or get some advice giant in Shoreham is the one 👍

Just been there pondering upgrading to a newer, better bike. Service was exemplary. I was served by Rob who could not be more patient, and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs, and provided solutions to all (apart from a stand which I cannot have on my new bike). I ended up spending more than I had in mind when I entered, but for good reasons. I cannot praise the service more highly, and would recommend to anybody who needs help, and advise, in an unpatronizing manner. Just have to wait for my bike now. Hurry up Rob...lol A+++

Great store - oodles of bikes to gaze upon and well-stocked with every kind of part you might need for your bike. I popped in on a Saturday afternoon with a cheeky request - could they help me to loosen the pedals so that I could replace them? Manager Tim stepped up to the task immediately; removed the pedals, greased the new ones and had them set in no time. Perfect service.

Great service. My 2-year-old bike was 2 months out of warranty when the dashboard display quit. They fitted me in and fixed it for free with no question. Although not my local bike shop, I will be happy to travel to them when I next need bike servicing.

Took my Reign E+1 here for a service and the team were brilliant.

Pete took time to run me through what he’d done, how to keep my bike running well and set my suspension up for me.

Great experience and I’ll certainly be back.

I recently had a problem with my electric Tricycle. The ECU had got wet and the whole trike had stopped working. I was devastated as this is my only form of transport. The staff at Giant were excellent: Pete, who is an expert in electric bikes and Tim who is very helpful and knowledgeable. In the workshop he checked for current and even contacted the manufacturer. I was able to order a new part which was quickly installed and I was back on the road. This whole process had only taken 3days. I am so impressed and would like to recommend Tim and Pete for their skill, knowledge and friendly customer service.

Like to thank the two gentlemen for helping me with the rest of my cycle brighton pier to worthing pier and back. Very professional, supportive and kind of them to pump my tires and get a new baring for my wheel as it was my first cycle in years. Definitely will use them in future. Thank you again.
