Boost Bike Hub

Had an impromptu visit to Boost after breaking a couple of spokes near Brokenhurst.
First, I was impressed that the shop don't allow pre bookings for repairs on a Saturday, allowing walk-in repairs.
Great idea
Put simply, these guys sorted me out in about 20 mins for a very fair charge, and I bought my group an early round of coffee from the very nice lady in the mobile van onsite.
Top result all round!!

Dropped in as my bike needed adjusting and I didn’t have the tools with me (didn’t realise my husband had borrowed my bike & was way too high) At the start of a 32km ride! So kind & efficient and sorted it out. Many many thanks. Most appreciated.

Recently bought 2 Trek Domane lt, the complete service from all the staff from order to collection was excellent. Small problem with one was sorted out very smartly and this was on a Sunday. Great shop to buy your bike and accessories from.

What a brilliant bike shop. Had to order some very specific equipment for my track bike and they were only too helpful to cater for my request. From ordering through to delivery was kept up to date and the service is second to none. A specific shout out to Johnny who was amazing throughout the whole process.

Out in the forest today and picked up a puncture that would not seal. The guys at the hub popped a 'worm' in for me and pumped the tyre up so I could get back to Lyndhust. Great service, they didn't have to, but they did. Thanks guys

We stopped @ the Bike Hub after a great cycle with gears slipping enough to be annoying. The chap (sorry I didn’t get his name) that greeted me was so friendly, helpful & gladly put my muddy bike on the stand, adjusted the gears, took it for a test ride & voila 👍 fixed! Even washed the mud off with their handy available hose 😀 Too bad we don’t live here, we’d be loyal customers ! Thank you BIKE HUB 🚴‍♂️💨🧡
