Mark was very helpful. I phoned to ask for advice. He suggested I bring the bike for him to assess. He remembered me when I turned up after a couple of days. I left the bike with him and he sorted it in a couple of hours, setting it all up ready for riding again. Great service, hospitality and price. Highly recommended. Will return in the future if I need to. Many thanks

Bought a couple of bikes from Mark as Christmas presents for the kids. I'm local, so wanted to support the local businesses...but I've got to say. If you're looking for a decent spec bike at an affordable price and would rather not line the pockets of some faceless internet giant, then this is a good place to visit.
Not sure why there's a bad review, certainly not justified. Must be hoax!

Highly recommended. Great experience with this shop. I went in looking for a little run around bike to get me by. I wasn't oversold or pushed for anything and was guided towards something perfect for my needs. I said which bike I was interested in and I was given a great price. There are options for every need. Ranging from bikes at low cost, to younger models and even new bikes. I've been in search for a bike for a few months and couldn't find what I needed at the price range. After walking in I found several bikes that I was interested in. Pop in if you are looking for a bike and you'll be greeted like part of the family. Top notch customer experience. I've been in before for tyres and inner tubes etc after a puncture. They've always had something for my needs and gone above and beyond to help me on my way. I've recently been to get some TLC on a family members bike and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the work.

Absolutely brilliant service … my sons wheelchair hand brake broke… and it was repaired straight away .. very reasonable price snd dodo repaired flat tire on his 3 wheeler wheelchair. 🤩. If we had to call wheelchair rep out… it would have probably taken at least a couple of weeks to get an apt… then a quote for repair etc… and I’m sure a hearty bill… but the Bike Shack saved the day and he can carry on using his wheelchair. Excellent, friendly service

Took my bike in for a service, came back looking and feeling great - staff were really friendly. Amazing price as well compared to some other local options. Top job

Absolutely ace. We were on a long tour bound for Chepstow when our rear derailleur exploded. The bike shack sorted is out on under two hours even though they they were super busy and only charged us £35 for a new derailleur fitted and fettled. Absolute life saver for our cycle.

Superb help finding a bike perfect for my needs, even spending time to attach mudguards and other accessories straight away in the shop. Great service, trustworthy advice, and all at an amazing price!

My first visit to collect a bike for my son. The shop is like the TARDIS from Doctor Who; far bigger than it looks from the street, as a result there are a lot of bikes, accessories and spare parts. The guys in the shop were very friendly, can definitely recommend this place for all your bicycle needs.
