Brilliant shop. I had a major bike problem with a snapped rear derailleur. I had no money with me but the owner immediately welcomed me in and offered to shorten the chain to enable me to ride the 50 mile return leg.
As it happened I was able to contact my wife to make a card payment: but you get my point.
I wa also offered a cup of tea, a seat and my phone was charged up for me.

If you need a repair, a bit of kit, a bike, some spare parts, give this great place a go. I'm very pleased to have had my bacon saved by people who know their business.

A few weeks ago I purchased a brand new Pashley Roadster Sovereign from another dealer in Warwickshire. I was working there at the time but didn't realise that this shop (and much more local for me) was also a Pashley Dealer. The bike was several weeks late from the expected delivery date and I was now living 50 miles from the dealer. I collected it in a rush without checking all was well. Got home and a few days later found several things were not as they should be. Long story short - by rights, the original dealer was responsible for fixing them but these guys here at Coalville offered to take a look. They put everything right for me and only charged a modest sum. Great service, very knowledgeable and well worth a visit when you need a new bike or some repairs done. An Aladdin's cave of a shop. Clearly, 'Breece Pancake' is just my screen name but this a genuine review from a satisfied customer.

Nice guy and welcoming to help repair my disc brakes. A little unfamiliar with my bicycle but its very new type of bike design. Changed my brake pads for me, checked they were ok to use and also checked my front brakes. All for a very good price. As a local bike shop I recommend for simple but urgent fixes.

Used to be great years ago, but new owners customer service is terrible, overpriced, and sell used parts for more than double the cost on eBay! Really miss the motorbike shop too!

Customer service above and beyond!
Bought myself a new front basket for my bike and I was having difficulties fitting due to the positioning of my brakes on the handlebars and Andy very kindly offered to come to my home adjust the brakes and fit it for me.
For background: I had mentioned to Andy I was only just really getting back into cycling or else I would have brought the bike into his store (a bit too far from my home to cycle in), so his offer to come to my home is a person who listens to the needs of his customer and delivers a personal customer service.

A truly great shop with awesome service, The most helpful shop you can go for a new bike.
I was visiting the country and wanted a new bike to tour about on and I found the right shop to help me along.
100/100 service.

Great cycle shop, I have been using them for around thirty four years.
Now my son has started using them, there prices are on par with the internet & that is a hard thing to do with a shops overheads.
Major plus is they had the part we needed to get him back on his wheels today (Saturday) not having to wait until Wednesday of next week . Highly recommended
