The best bicycle repair man I've ever encountered. From re-building old hub gears, building wheels from scratch, to offering sensible advice on every aspect of bikes, this highly skilled man in his properly charming historic old shop is second to none. Too many places of character like this get homogenised into generic blandness these days. Add to all this the fact that John offers the best value for repairs and parts in the land, and you'd be foolish to go anywhere else. Nowhere even comes close to what he offers. Any type of bike, he will make it right. A Leicester institution for cyclists! We hope it lasts forever.

Bob really really knows his bikes, his shop's always full. He's been here for atleast 20 yrs! You'll get you bike fixed at the highest standard by far no comparison and he undercharges, make sure to tip him. His a genuine guy I highly recommend him. Best to ring him up, see if he has room he's always too busy. Don't go anywhere else.

The best cycle shop I have been ever been to. John is such a nice guy and is passionate about his work, always very friendly and helpful. I have had my bike serviced and repaired here quite a few times. An absolute gem of a man.

Bob's bike shop has been around for over 20 years, lovely fella who knows almost everything there is to know about bikes and. Provides excellent service always charging a fraction of the price in comparison to the other major bike shops! Highly recommended for all your bicycle needs.

Absolutely brilliant cycle repairer.
The only downside with him being
so popular is that he,s always busy. So when you need your bike
fixed, just be prepared for a bit of
a wait.

Opening Times are 9 till 1.30 and 3 - 6
Shop closed on Thursdays and Sundays.

John, the current Proprietor has first rate knowledge and gives good reliable advice.

Shop is a little short on space - can be quite 'cosy' if there is more than one customer in the shop at a time.

Wheel truing and all other general bike maintenance undertaken.

John does not work with internal cabling or other finicky new bicycle technology

Bob is just an owesome person.
Will give you the right kind of advice.
