I took my bike in for a silver service as my gears and brakes were not working too well after riding through winter. Bran did an excellent job servicing my bike! It feels like a new bike and is much nicer to ride. The gears and brakes are working brilliantly now. Would definitely recomment Pure Electric Southampton!

If you have an Electric Bike I recommend without hesitation to take it to these people. My bike is like brand new. They also have an amazing collection of electric scooters too and at amazing prices. The customer service on the phone and in store were polite and clear with information. I highly recommend this store.

Great all round experience!
First trip into pure last Friday so my husband could have a look at the scooters. The customer service was fantastic, we were given loads of really good advice about all the different products. Safe to say we came home with one and we love it so much we will probably be back in the next couple of weeks to pick up another one!

Visited Pure Electric Southampton as I was having difficulty ordering online due to a payment cap within the Pure Electric website.
I was immediately greeted with genuine friendliness by Ali despite him being busy working on a scooter setup at the time.
Within 10 minutes i was walking out with exactly what i came in for, along with some great advice and a pleasant knowledge that i had just purchased an extremely high quality product that was designed and built in the UK!.
Top notch service!.

I've had fantastic service from Pure Southampton; from advice at the beginning when choosing and test riding my e-bike, excellent set up, servicing, advice, and minor modifications. Staff (particularly Ali, Matt, Ryan etc) always immensely helpful and knowledgeable. I'm gutted to hear that Pure are withdrawing from the e-bike market and no longer going to be able to offer servicing etc. - such a shame when they are clearly so good at getting it right and supporting their bike customers.

Sad to see that this store is shortly closing. But, there is still a chance it will reopen as a new named cycle store.
I have nothing but praise for the staff who almost always went the extra mile. It’s a changing world on the high street and good stores are in very short supply. Hopefully all concerned will find new horizons.

Servicing is good, the range of products is good. The choice depends on what you need it for and your price range.
Electric bikes as I see can be a benefit.
The problem with the scooter’s are they aren’t legal to use on public roads or path’s. Until the law changes your stuck with the Voi ones in the city.

I bought an £500 scooter from Pure Electric only 2 months ago and I have already so many issues with it. I called many times and they never have a solution or the minimum intention of helping me. Not happy at all.

Try to avoid future issues.

but for my use case lightweight and easy to use screen makes me one happy customer!

They also have a fantastic pre loved section for those on tight budgets or it was my first scooter I would’ve tried it :D.
