I went to repair my bike a month ago. I asked by their profesional opinion about my bike because in my opinion there were a few things that it need it to be replace and I thought that if it was going to be too much to repair I would think about buying a new one. When I came they said it was fine but the bike is was poorly look after. I specifically ask them if the tyres need to be replace and they said that they would last for a month ( which is not really professional because they don’t know how much I use my bike, which I do every day). When I came back for my bike one of my tyre were flat but not completely flat and I asked them what happen with the bike and they replied that they didn’t touch anything of the tyre, I said to them that I didn’t bring it that way and that I know enough my bike to know something was off) they replied that it could Gad puncture before the bike arrive to their place which I thought it was unlikely. Afterwards I went for a long ride with my bike and I realised that the problem was that the back tyre was worn off and had a big puncture and that obviously things could go inside and puncture the inner tube and then I realised that I got the self-repair tube so actually it couldn’t be puncture the inner tube before it got to their store because other was I would have realised then that the tyre was flat. Really upset with the service because obviously following day I had to buy a new tyre and fitted myself. So for my is was useless to go to the store because and the end of the day I had to fixed the rest myself. I wouldn’t recommend them and I won’t used again.

Poor communication and not a very professional service when things don't go quite right.

I've been trying to get info on when a particular part might be delivered (which they admitted they had broke!) and I'm having to chase and call daily as they're not taking the time to provide me with this info and call me! In order to get them to track the delivery and provide more information other than "its with the delivery company and if its not hear today it should be by Monday, alright!", I've had to get cross on the phone which is ridiculous. After checking the tracking, took all of 30 seconds, they informed me it will be delivered on Monday, a week from when I dropped the bike in. Not great but at least I can plan my weekend minus my bike now. I'm clearly now just a nuisance customer of theirs who they don't want to deal with. The junior member of staff I initially spoke to this morning was particularly abrupt and unhelpful.

Just quickly popped in and explain my bike brakes had just gone and as it’s my only mode of transport to get to work.
Chris jumped straight on it and got my bike back to road safety in no time.

What a great service! Had a broken brake and my bike came back after a repair with a fixed saddle that was broken as well! Great price and great service!

Lovely little shop very friendly and helpful staff got everything I wanted recommended.

Had bought a year old second hand bike which developed some problems. Wayne was very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Carried out a service and made some modifications. Reasonably priced too. Bike now as good as new. Extremely happy. Great job!

Did a repair for me today at very short notice at a very reasonable price. Bravo. They even pumped up my tires for me! I'm so grateful for their great service.
