Energise E-Bikes

Great bike, great service - Rich and Tony at Energise were able to help me out in choosing a new Specialized Vado e-bike and selling my old one (another Specialized, Sirius X3). Much more likely to tackle all the local hills now but still good workout as still have to pedal and can put pressure on oneself by controlling amount of battery power used. Great fun and excellent fitness tool. Annual service and general after sales support from Energise first class!

Thanks to Jon Paul, Tony, Neil and Rob for your patience and guidance to making my journey into owning an e-bike less daunting. I had a million questions and armed with my own research it was a pleasant experience engaging with the team at Coulsdon.

Always good service and a friendly ear to discuss options. Bought my bike in 2017, saved a ton of money in travel costs. Service can be a bit pricey if you don't keep an eye on your maintenance.

I wanted riding comfort and battery range from my first e-bike. The team at Coulsdon came up with the (Dutch) Gazelle Chamonix T10 (step through) which met these requirements. Can cycle all day with the 630Kw hour battery with no 'range anxiety'. The right choice. Below - cafe stop in Normandy - June 2022

Staff are lovely and very knowledgeable. They catered to my needs and weren’t trying to sell me the highest priced bike. They took all my requirements and talked me through all the different options.

Excellent service- Team could not have been more helpful or patient with my (lengthy) testing and choice of bike. Would not rest till I had the right one and then immediately got to work on swapping out the tyres I wanted so I could drive it straight off. Huge shout out to Rob and the team!

Rob and the team are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble for them. They have gone over and above good service for my 82 year old Dad who bought his electric bike from them 2 years ago. They have helped us find parts, posted them to us, they have given us advice and answers over the phone when we've been stuck! Brilliant service, highly highly reccomend!

I had my original e-bike stolen (purchased 2020 from Energise) so returned to Tony and his team at Coulsdon for a replacement in late December 22. They could not have been more helpful including ringing me advising that the likely thieves had been in contact for a charger (Tony got a mobile number),recommending which new bike lock should be investigated despite it being a lock that is sold direct from the manufacturer. Now awaiting their advice on suitable trackers for electric bikes,
