Burts have been servicing our bikes for some years and are always efficient, friendly and reasonably priced and can offer advice on a wider scale - today I found out about the lack of available second-hand bikes and huge delays to the cycle-to-work scheme due to extreme demand, which helps me plan ahead. Highly recommended.

I recently used this dealer to buy "official" Pashley parts (as reccomended by Pashley) so I could service my pashley princess with a more local bike shop. I purchased a toggle, cable and chain and spent £20 but all the parts were wrong and the toggle was not even the official one!

I havent raised this with the Shop as I travelled 11 miles to collect the parts and its not worth my time to raise the issue and return it. My gudiance is just be careful what you get, if you are looking for 'official' Pashley parts.

Roger and Mick have looked after our bikes for years and have never failed us. They are brilliant- can't praise them enough. Sam and Carol

Just had my bike serviced by them. Highly professional. Extremely prompt service. Excellent prices. Long established and the best for miles. 5 stars totally deserved.

When all bike repair shops had a long waiting list, I found this one open and ready to help.
Repaired my bike today, was fast and efficient.
Could do better with the cleanliness but overall I was happy and satisfied.
Yes I would recommend.

I was passing and needed air in my front tyre, called in there asking nicely if someone would kindly help me with that, I thought I had mistakenly asked the man to commit an offence! It was clearly a great inconvenience for him.I gave up and struggled until I got home. Very unpleasant man!

Very poor service. Went to have my wheels trued but they over tightened the spokes in my back wheel and split the rim and then said I took it to them like it. Cost me £100 for a new back wheel.
Will never use them again!

Bought bike in Nov 20. Later noticed the chain ring was not secured by any of the bolts but wouldn't repair. Took for service elsewhere May 21 and service is costing over the price of bike.
