Please come here before going to Halfords for any bike repairs or anything bike related for that matter!!. Halfords had my electric bike for FOUR MONTHS !! They could not fix the basics, said I'd have to buy the parts for them to install ( spokes.. thats all ! ). They said for a gold service and repairs... over £200.. this man at dysons Cycles did all the repairs, gave the bike a once over for a fraction of the price ( took him only a week to sort it. ) .So I urge you to please give this man your business.

Good old fashioned customer service! Had a ceased bottom bracket so needed to book in to have it repaired. Spoke to Ian who stated a 2 week backlog to book in, so he allowed me to bring my bike into the shop and took the time to explain what tools and parts I needed to complete the job myself. Had it sorted in a few hours. Very good service!! 👍

Dyson cycle 🚲 shop is excellent 👌. I have recently had my 2 bicycles serviced. 1 is a mountain bike 🚵‍♀️ and the other is a racing road bicycle 🚲. Both bicycles have been expertly serviced, and with a very reasonable price. Total price £96. Which works out less than £2 per week for two bicycles regularly used. I would highly recommend this Cycle shop. Thanks again Dyson from Chris Sullivan.

Have used Dysons for years, bought my first mountain bike there. Always helpful, have fixed numerous problems on my bikes and never over charge.
Reassuring to know that there is still at least one business left that gives really good service and only makes a reasonable charge.

Brought my mtb at Dyson Cycle for an upgrade. The job was seamless and gorgeously done. Ian is very helpful. The service is epic!! The price is very fair. Definitely the place to go for your bike needs.
