It’s clear they are passionate about what they do, they knew exactly what I needed, and their friendly manner gave me a lot of reassurance. Definitely glad I shopped local rather than go to a big chain store or online.

Would like to start off always go independent and local bike shops! My son second puncture in a week and solved the issue quickly, and also let my sons bike stay there a little longer as my son had work. And I could not ride a large bike 🚴 home, went above and beyond to please a customer.

Bit of treck from Preston, but I'd rather somone who knew what they were doing worked on it. Bike fixed much quicker than expected. Cant fault the service.

I have to say wish id found these guys a long time ago, had 1 bike repaired 2 weeks ago back in couple days, had another bike in halfords for over 2 weeks, no contact, poor service, collected from halfords and dropped off here, will be ready early next week. Good job guys

I had a problem with my headset bolt and searched for bike repair shops in the Preston area. Based on the reviews, I contacted Bill Nickson Cycles. Bill's bike mechanics sorted the problem within a day. Having had bad experiences with other main stream bike shops, I will definitely be using this bike shop again! Would highly recommend - knowledgeable, experienced and very efficient service.
