I phoned, desperate for help before a major event. Duncan said to just bring my bike in and he'd have me back on the road.

He squeezed me in without a booking and really went out of his way to. I could not recommend any bicycle shop more. Extraordinary service and I'm going to always be grateful to Duncan!

My local bike shop - bought 4 bikes from here. Great service, quick turnaround on workshop. Whenever I have a problem and just drop in they often fix it there and then if they have the time.

Wide range of bikes and kit. The only bike shop I went to locally that never tried to sell me something more expensive than I originally went in to buy.

Every avid cyclist needs a well equipped local bike shop… service at Wallington cycles is fantastic. Duncan and the lads are a great bunch. They’ve got years of experience, tones of really useful advice, solid recommendations on cycle routes and access to ALL the gear you’d need as a commuter, enthusiast, MTB or E-bike lover. I would recommend them to anyone.

Buying a bicycle is one example of when you should shop locally and purchase from a recommended establishment.

I've now bought eight bikes from Wallington Cycles and cannot fault the service at all. My first experience was when I bought a bike from a well known car parts retailer that was basically falling apart and they refused to fix it. Wallington Cycles sorted it out and because of this, when I wanted another bike I went to them without a second thought.

Anyone that owns a bike knows that you always want another one and I bought seven further bikes from them. Yes, you can buy cheaper on the internet, but if there are any problems you would have to sort it out yourself.

The shop is family owned and run, and that means a lot, as they have their reputation and livelihood at risk.

Excellent bike shop. Friendly, expert and honest staff. They don't rip you off and often go the extra mile, if you'll pardon the pun.

I have just bought a new bike from here via a cycle to work scheme, and am very happy about it :)

The service I had was brilliant. Duncan took the time to find out what I was looking for, and suggested some options that might suit. I was also able to properly test ride the bikes before purchase. Put together, this meant I was very confident that had made the right choice. The shop was also very patient when the cycle to work paperwork took a bit longer to come through than we had hoped.

I'm delighted with my new bike, and very happy with the service received. Highly recommended !

Always helpful and friendly. I get my bikes serviced there and have always been happy with the result. I've also taken them in to get problems I've caused fixed (reseating tubeless tyres, dropping a stem nut down the tube and others) Minor problems usually fixed just charging for parts. Highly recommended.
