Absolutely appalling service. Stated mail order 2-4 day delivery, however after 2 days they still hadnt posted and only did so because i prompted them to. An oversight they said...it happens i suppose, and hopefully would get within the 4 days anyway so no great problem.
However after 4 days nothing and the tracking number is not recognised.
After 6 days the tracking number appears and is out for delivery
Another 3 days and it still hasnt arrived!
Emails being ignored, which to my mind is shocking CS.
The cycling industry is highly competitive and i will certainly never use this bunch again nor would i ever recommend Radial Cycles to another living soul.
V. Poor

Before I started reading positive online reviews I'd never heard of Radial bikes, and though I liked the sound of them I was slightly worried about buying something without seeing it first. However, as far as my experience is concerned - and I've now owned my bike for over a year - those reviews turned out to be completely justified: this is an astonishing bike for the money - lovely to ride, with quality fittings and an excellent frame, beautifully put together. Add in a great paint finish plus a good quality saddle and you struggle to find anything to even quibble about. The guys in my bike repair shop were genuinely impressed when they first got a chance to have a look. The current UK market is saturated with lots of perfectly reasonable bikes churned out from the factories the Far East, but even with their economies of scale and lower wage costs, to buy a bike of the same quality as this you'd currently have to pay considerably more. So on my experience, I can't recommend this small company enough. These bikes are put together by hand in the UK, and knowing how much all the fittings cost I struggle to see how they can make any profit on them. I can only suggest you buy now before they put the prices up further.

Fantastic bicycle, great price and couldn't do enough post sales customer service. I wouldn't definitely buy again.
