Electric Bike Sales Oxford

Before I had even booked my Elly Cube in for a service I pointed out a few niggles which were immediately sorted! Impressive. Next, service: update of electrics and general MOT - great service (with a smile and endless enthusiasm). This shop is great and they have a loyal customer in me now. Highly recommended.

Welcoming, helpful and very efficient! They were able to fit me in at short notice and made quick work of a problem with my gears that I was worried was going to be a real pain. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Hi we bought a Electric Hiabike for my wife from the Oxford branch . I rang the store an Lewis took the call his knowledge on these bikes was incredible
When picking my wife’s bike up I took another one there asked them to check it out
This one I bought on line through a company call Pure Electric to my shock no preparation was done on it
The two engineers have without charge put the bike right ready to go
Since visiting the shop an the remarkable work they have done I’ve ordered another Haibike 6 from them an looking forward to using it
Basically best to avoid internet companies go to the professionals

I Brought my Hitway e.bike into the
store today 28th October 2022 . My
e.bike had been loosing power . The
staff were very helpful and happy to
sort out the problem even though
They did not sell my make of bike.
There was problem with the settings
causing the power loss , they fixed
the falt for me and I am very happy .
Great service, first class staff. I will
return to them again..

I wanted to convert a much loved existing bike of ours to make it a little easier to get around town. Lewis and the team were both friendly and helpful in giving advice on how best to do the conversion to electric, and then did a great job doing the conversion itself. These guys clearly know what they are doing when it comes to electric bikes, and I’m impressed by the quality of workmanship. Thanks and well done!

This bike shop has saved me twice they are really good I had two punctures so they replaced the inner tubes for me and they did the work very quickly and affordably I would highly recommend this shop for people who need their bikes repaired or serviced. Thank you very much gentleman

I've been coming to the Electric Bike shop in Magdalen Road for over a decade, and have always had brilliant service. Happily this still continues to be very much the case- all the more impressive as the shop is having to limit its opening hours because of the appalling problems its been having with its location.

Excellent service from Andy and staff. It was harder than I expected to buy an ebike due to what seemed to be a national lack of supply, especially for bike for big riders. Unlike most other shops the manager seemed to be actually interested in helping, sent emails for manufacturers and eventually the bike was delivered close to a month early (Cube).

It is a very small shop with just on street parking in an interesting part of Oxford, just a few minutes drive from the ring road
