The Bicycle Lounge

Bought this beauty, with a few minor tweaks to the spec from The Bicycle Lounge. I am a long term customer here but that says it all. Service from these guys is second to none, cannot recommend them highly enough

Went into the shop today for a bike fitting, Matt was so professional and answered tons of my questions that I had. Can’t wait to get out on the bike with the new alterations.
Great shop, great price and great service will defo be going back, highly recommend.

I dropped in here for help with some parts that needed fitting to my bike quite late in the day, and they went out of their way to help find the parts and fit them when they were already very busy. Fantastic service.

Comically bad! Avoid at all costs!

Young lad has no customer service skills & needs to learn the basic art of human interaction and social skills before being employed in a retail setting.

The most appalling customer service, and I mean the WORST I have ever experienced, anywhere. Hostile, incompetent and quite frankly laughable.

I would rather spend double and give my business to people with skills, competence and knowledge.

If I was the owner, I would keep the young lad away from customers & the shop floor at all costs. Heroically embarrassing.
