Sparks

I came into Sparks before going on a long distance cycle and they hooked me up with literally everything I needed + more. So easy to talk with and it is so clear that they have years of experience with bicycles.

I am the very happy owner of my first ever road bike and completed my trip without any (bike) problems. I also think that by buying my bike with Sparks, my bicycle will have the best possible maintenance relationship because as I said, they really know their stuff.

My sister used to go to Sparks when she lived in the area so she recommended me to them. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I bought a second hand bike off of them which they had fixed up and I was very happy with the experience. Great that they also have loads of bicycle gear there, I'm very happy with the reflective jacket I bought and will definitely be going back. Great to have a local bike repair shop that feels so trustworthy and professional.

Owner was really nice and professional. Sorted my bike out brilliantly. Very well priced and great turn around time.

Make a great circle when being around. Avoid always. As for me, unprofessionals and con men. For the repair of my bike that required only to replace the rear wheel (broken hub) for which I paid later in Kilburn Cycles £90 only (top quality Raleigh hub, or £70 for cheaper option), they requested £170 (!) stating weirdly all my bike parts are too much used (?), which was a pure nonsense and could be a price for a brand new cheap bike; and finally told me that basically I should buy their (not that special) new bike for £390 only... Never again.

I went to the store to have my cassette, chains, and brake pads changed. The gentleman that runs the place was friendly, and knowledgeable. Price was fair as well. I'm happy, and recommend the service.

Great shop for bicycles and related parts. Bought a couple of bikes as recommended by very knowledgeable owner Sat. Very contented with purchase. Exactly what we were looking for. No pressure to sell but genuine concern for what was actually wanted by us. Look no further for good old fashioned family run shop.
