I bought my Xiaomi Qicycle into Aztecs Bikes which was in need of a lot of love and attention. Marco's work on the bike is absolutely amazing, so much so it feels like a brand new bike.

Great service and welcoming atmosphere created by the Aztec's Bike team. Marco is very knowledgable and passionate. Would recommend to everyone and anyone who loves their bike!

I couldn't recommend Aztec's bikes enough. I spontaneously signed up to London to Paris having not owned a bike since I was 12. Marco put my new bike together and installed my accessories as well as fixing it after I fell off as a cleat novice. However, what has been most valuable, is the advice he has given me along the way, from how to use the gears to what things to buy and what to avoid including how not to fall off when static at a traffic light :-).

Aztec's bikes is great! Marco and his team are exceptionally thorough, dedicated and professional.
I brought my bike in after 10 years of neglecting it, and Marco did a free assessment and provided an estimated budget. In the shop, we went through each item in the budget explaining what needed to be done to what piece and why.
The budget was reasonable and he offered different options for some components, explaining compromising between cost and performance. In the end, I went with his advice in most items, resulting in the best value repair I think.
When I picked up the bike it all worked perfectly. He also offered to check it back after a few weeks in case any adjustments are needed for the new components.

Overall very satisfied, I will for sure return. Highly recommend.

Have had a really great experience here. Marco is so passionate about bikes but also customer service. He has gone over and beyond what was expected when my bike played up after a service there. He responded promptly to my email; explained that the issue was raised in the service notes and invited me to bring back the bike for him to review over. I did this and he explained further what had happened and was very kind and informative about it all. He then followed up a few weeks later to ask how everything was going. It’s really great to have a local bike shop in the area and run by someone who knows his stuff! Easy to book and good pricing. Would definitely recommend Aztec Bikes 👍

Excellent service - road bike is as good as new! On collection, Marco even spent 20 minutes talking to me about how to maintain my bike and welcomed me back for further explanation anytime.

Marco has been so amazing in servicing my bike incredibly well - I had let it get into a real state and he did such a thorough job. He gave me a clear breakdown of the cost with options to make it cheaper or more expensive and was so communicative with me throughout. I was working away do didn't pick it up for a while and that was no issue for him. Couldn't recommend him more!

A wonderful place! I bought a second hand bike into Marco and he recommended a full service….wow, I now have what feels like a brand new bike! Attention to detail and pride in his work was prevalent throughout, with photo updates and explanations during the process. I cannot recommend a full service enough if you have recently purchased a second hand bike or you know you’re bike hasn’t had one in a while, complete transformation not to mention the peace of mind from a safety aspect. You can immediately tell this is a passion driven business, I will pop by for a chat with Marco whenever I’m passing on my rides! Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Marco! He very clearly explained what he would do when I took the bike in, and the turnaround was speedy. When I arrived to pick it up, he took the time to talk me through the service and the changes - and ultimately gave me an even better deal than I was expecting. He also provides a free check-up in the months after the service, which is a fantastic bonus. I rode away from the shop feeling like I had a brand new bike - I can't recommend him highly enough!
