Fantastic! Had high expectations after reading reviews, but they were nonetheless exceeded! They didn't stock the bike I wanted, but they let me have a test ride on a similar bike with no problem.
Gave lots of great advice, and even suggested other bike shops which might have a more suitable bike 🤯

Really pleased, they were too busy to look at my brake issue but saved my bacon by having the part I needed in stock. And at a really good price! Right part, right price, I'm happy!

Steer clear. Abysmal customer service and quite frankly rude.
Two tyres requested to be changed that i jad suppllied. I dropped the bike to them at the very start of day. I then had to follow up myself with a call at 3pm after no communication, to be told the rear maxle bolt is rounded and they would have to keep bike for remainder of bank holiday for a replacement to be fitted. I refused and collected bike to find the rear bearing now has 3mm of play. There was zero play in the bearing before taking the bike. Rudely spoken to and blamed it on an over tightened bolt keeping it clamped and therefore it will now have this amount of play with the correct torque tightness applied. Appalling and I will making all those aware of thier poor professionalism.

I popped in, on the off chance they may be able to adjust the brakes on my rollator, which didn't work at all.

Within moments, I had fully working brakes. Am very pleased (and now much safer 😃)

“Spanners”

Not being a tech person, more of a simple cyclist I am not sure how to reply correctly in the string.

I am however so happy you found the time to comment. Grumbling would have resulted in making a statement of “oh my word, my VW dealership does not charge me 60 pounds an hour, and Trek charge 25 pounds an hour, however you may be in a prime time commercial deal that forces you to charge those rates”. Instead of grumbling we paid and made reference to buying a spanner, this is where I was told that I needed to know how to use a spanner and hence my reaction to the intelligence insult. I have spent significant amounts of money on cycles and never grumbled, only enjoyed. I wish you all the luck in your business as we all need two wheels.

Excellent service. Despite having a bike shop next door to where I live, I always make my way to Kinetic Cycles in WGC. Their customer service is great and have had no problems at all. They always take the time to have a chat re the work done.

Took my bike in today the 20th of jan to get a puncture repaired didn't catch the gentlemans name who i dealt with but can highly recommend this shop brilliant service and bike sorted in less than 20mins brilliant service

Very friendly staff who are super efficient and knowledgeable. I was on my way home with my bicycle on a cold and dark autumn evening and my rear tube was busted. I didn't have my kit on me and couldn't get home in the dark with a flat tyre. Luckily I found them just before closing time. The staff were very friendly and asked me what was wrong. They fixed my bike up and within minutes I was was good to go again. Would definitely be coming here again if I pass by on the way.
