Very professional and could not do enough to help me chose a bike for my husband.Explained all about the Electric Bike I was going to purchase,tried it out and was very pleased with the bike.Terry was very polite and helpful and would not hesitate. Using from here in the future.As for the Lady who missed Wimbledon perhaps she should have rung the shop first and would have known if it was open or no,could have be n hold up in traffic?

I called up for an enquiry about bike and the man that answered the phone was rude and unhelpful.Just checked the reviews and can see others had this experience, so will now spend my money at another another local... bike store that has good reviews

Keep away went 16th April took my bike there I didnt expect them to do the work straight away thought I'll leave it with them spoke to the guy who said I cant do anything now I'm to busy then said bring it around the back I did he looked at it then threw a spanner at the bike I was shocked by his actions I threw it back at him told him to go away a very rude guy avoid at all costs he difnt even want to help out another guy with his childs bike very very rude
