Great local store, offering lots of products at many price points.. Taz is an experienced engineer so all aspects of maintenance are covered with ease; there's a real community ethos in the store and despite only opening weeks ago, there's a large number of riders on road and mtb's who get together evenings and weekends for rides. I hope local and regional customers get behind the store, and try them instead of the likes of wiggle and chainreaction.

A nice friendly service, very happy with the service on my e bike. I have already recommended spokeworx to others. I rarely give fab reviews as I'm a very difficult customer to please, but this is the place to go for bikes, accessories and service requirements.

Only because you can’t leave 0 stars. My brother has had a bike on order from here, paid for, for over a year now. No updates, unfulfilled promises, phone calls rarely answered and no calls back. Don’t expect a prompt service. COVID and Brexit may be factors, but he shouldn’t feel left out of the loop for this long.

Gave them a call Thursday late afternoon told to drop bike off next day fixed with in 2 hrs absolutely brilliant service, also helped me out with a box to ship a bike, this is how customer service should be. a*****

I always go to Spokeworx for any maintenance and servicing. Really thorough in their work, good prices, friendly and helpful staff. Nice coffee too!
