Booked the cyclocross in for a full service and some upgrades. Service was great, communication good, price as stated and bike returned like it was brand new! Will use them again.

Fantastic help from both Chloe and Derek in choosing the right e-bike for my needs. After deciding the PDC was done very well and then after i had trouble removing the battery on getting the bike home Derek answered my email pretty much immediately, even though it was in the evening and after the store closing hours. Great service and i have the highest confidence that if i do have problems Derek and the service team will help me out without an issue. Thanks to the whole team

not happy with this place my partner had his front wheel fixed would is good but the chain has snapped and that was not like that this morning so I won't be going to this place again thanks so much for now we having to pay for something that's out of our hands. and also you shouldn't be having people bike unless it's the owners

Great experience with Mick’s Cycles. Frog bikes seemed to be out of stock everywhere and not only did they have the right size but the colour my son was after too. Bike was well packaged for delivery and arrived exactly when advised, in time for my son’s birthday 👍🏻
