STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I have only given 1 star so as I can leave a review, but honestly they shouldn't even get this.
My Father ordered an electric Folding bike, paid £900 + £15 p&p to the Southern Ireland. After weeks of not receiving his purchase and multiple emails and telephone calls not answered, a family member in Kent, went to the warehouse and asked for answers as to why no delivery.
Finally a tracking number was received, but contacting this company is terrible.
Once the purchase was received (many weeks later), upon opening, we find wrong bike. Not electric & wrong colour totally.
From the day it arrived, again multiple emails and telephone calls, but again no response.
At this point I want my money back & the complete rubbish they have sent me collected. Build quality terrible, like some cheap Chinese rubbish.
Wish I had read the other reviews before going through with my purchase. I will be taking a legal route very soon to retrieve my money if they will not respond to me directly.

Honestly, the bike is serviceable (after many tweaks), I get around and can carry what I need to, hence two stars, but the customer service was entirely lacking. I reached out on three separate occasions over at least a month long period after assembly about missing accessories and quality concerns. I was given apologies and assurances each time that the missing accessories would be sent along immediately, but also given excuses about stock shortages that I were absolutely not noted when I first ordered. The missing items were never sent. My trike began to rust within the first couple weeks in spite of no rain or serious moisture at the time, and it being under a sheltered area, and the only was response was that it needs to be covered (the cover was never sent), that I should clean the bolts (obviously), and that they would send new bolts (those, of course, also never arrived). Making it work, but would also note that my front tire sometimes pops right off if I turn my bike too tightly while wheeling it out to ride, which made me very wary. Instructions for assembly were a joke and the bike only got assembled correctly when a literal airplane mechanic helped us to assemble (this individual also has a lot of experience with bicycles and it was still a struggle). Was so excited to find a trike at a reasonable price but wish I had just spent a bit more for a better quality product and a better customer experience. You get what you pay for, and so I suppose I am also to blame 🤷‍♀️ The best qualities were that for a bike being sold with cosmetic damage, there were only a couple small chips in the paint that were hardly noticeable, and it did in fact arrive much faster than I expected. Also, wasn’t able to post my review to their actual site, I received an error message claiming I had already posted this review, and I can’t access a copy of my invoice anymore. Fascinating way to handle things.
