Pro-Bikes

I visited pro-bikes for the first time today. I felt safe and secure. The staff member was great he knows his stuff and help me out with all my questions. Offered several changes and was up front about the difference in prices.

Thankyou for sorting my trike out I didn't realise how bad the brakes n gear change was untill you serviced it.
Very happy with it now, great job.
Done same day, so no waiting for weeks to be done.
Also wasn't over charged.

The bolt that held my seat on my bike broke on me while riding. Came here and he had a spare one which he fitted. He didnt ask me for anything for it. Thanks so much for the help. Previously came here for brake wire as well which was very reasonably priced.

Really great experience, took my POS second hand carrera in Friday, had it back for me before work Monday, felt like a completely new bike. Heavily recommended

First time I went to Pro-Bikes to get my bike tuned up. Scot was very helpful and I left my bike with the branch. Quality of repair was good and prices were very good. Not overcharged considering cost of living crises.

Very poor shop what a joke. Phoned pro bike to see what time they was open at 4 o'clock for scott to tell me 5 o'clock buddy , rushed back to the shop for 4.30 to find he's just closed for the day what a nob. thanks pro bikes your a star. Keep up the good work

I have been a customer at Pro-Bikes for several years and always been impressed by Scott's knowledge and great customer service. I have just moved to Northumberland and there is nothing in the area to match Pro-Bikes. All the best to the business - missing you already!!!
