Ridiculous client service and completely unreliable... I came with a broken derailleur and was convinced to get new gears and chain (the chain was a bit stretched but it was fine). After 2 months the chain got stretched 10x times more then the previous one (which I had for 3 years) and more rusty than anything I have ever seen (I've never kept it outdoors). I was told that if I don't wipe the chain with a cloth and lubricate it every single day this is what will happen... What a service... I tried to explain that I took the same amount of care of the chain as with the previous one, but they kept telling me the same sentence over and over again, saying that they will not reimburse anything and that it's all my fault. The bottomline is that I would be much better off if I haven't changed my old chain in the first place (much less stretched and much less rusty after 10x longer), but the staff kept telling me that I'm wasting my time coming back the bike shop... A complete joke

A huge thanks to Santi and Josh. Superb service. I came in with a part for the bike that needed fitting and was immediately attended to, left the bike there and picked it up later in the afternoon on my way back from work. Very friendly and prompt service. I highly recommend.

I came in on a Friday as a walk in with a punctured rear tyre from my Boardman of which I had bought from Halfords (who do have terrible customer service) and after a little begging they said they would do it but after a few complications we agreed to keep my wheel there until the next day. The next day I returned to find they had done as much as they could and gave me relevant advice to get my new tyre (as my old one was terrible) back up to scratch (they couldn’t get the tyre to sit perfectly) they are all extremely helpful here especially Santi who did the majority of the work on my wheel. I’ve also had an amazing visit prior when I went in to purchase some clip-in pedals and shoes. Most helpful and amazing bike store in Cambridge, I will be coming here whenever I have an issue with my bike.

It’s an amazing place for all bikers! People there are very friendly and professional. You can get everything you want in the shop at a very reasonable price. No doubt one of the best bike shops in Cambridge.

The team offered excellent advice when I was looking to enter the world of clip-on pedals. Due to a knackered ankle it was not as simple as road or mountain bike pedals and cleats and a compromise was needed. I was given the pros and cons of each option and arrived at a great solution which could not have been achieved through research alone. Thank you!

Allan the manager looked after me great at a bike buying appointment. Knowledgeable helpful and great! Just a shame they don't have all the different sizes to sit on!

They have 2 people there when I visited 16th Jan 2023. the first guy we talked to was the worst! He was unaccomodating, not very interactive looking at us like either we don't know much about bikes or we cannot afford. He was totally unrespo sive and even entertained other customer when clearly we are still talking to him. RUDE!

The bearded guy was very friendly and helpful. Good thing he was there, we were able to buy a bike. Because if not for him, I would only give this the lowest rating. He was a delight and helped us and gave us the best option possible suited for us.

Overall, please make sure that your staff are friendly! You would lose possible customers because of that other guy.

Absolutely amazing service guys! My Trek vintage MTB (circa 2000/2003!) had not been serviced for many, many years. Testament to the professional staff, who explained everything, had a silver service, new brake pads, cables and chain. It rides like a dream and looks like new! Amazing work!
