Arrow Cycles

Just picked up my new bike from Arrow Cycles, which I'd ordered through them a couple of months ago. They set it all up and when I tried it out it was great. They are a very well-organised shop with exceedingly helpful staff. I can't recommend them highly enough

Really great service and a great experience. We were in at the weekend looking for kids bikes. We got a lot of great information and ended up with fantastic bikes, properly sized and assembled promptly. It was great to feel the weight of the bikes there in the shop - not something you can get a feel for too easily if buying online. Good advice about the sizing and accessories too. Thanks!

Grandson in the middle of his 4 day Bikeability training when he came home after day 3 with a puncture which wasn't responding to more air. Bike needed the next day so took to Arrow Cycles at 4.15 pm who discovered a torn inner tube. Replaced and repaired in no time at all ready for the final day tomorrow. Cannot thank Arrow enough for their prompt attention.

I bought a Specialized Diverge the other week from Arrow Cycles. From start to finish, the chaps in the shop were brilliant. They were warm , helpful, and gave me great advice in choosing my bike. You could quite clearly tell they loved cycling and were experts in their field. I can't recommend Arrow Cycles enough.

After a rather unfortunate incident with my chainset and carbon fibre frame, Arrow Cycles had rather a large job on their hands! They were able to advise me on a suitable carbon fibre repair company who fixed the frame and re-sprayed it to a great standard.

The problem was that the frame colour and forks did not match and once again they were able to post off the forks to the repair shop and keep hold of my newly re-sprayed frame and all the other associated bike parts for another few weeks. Having spent many Winters doing several thousand miles per year, the bike was in a sorry state! Essentially the whole bike needed to be rebuilt with most moving parts being replaced.

This was a huge undertaking and Dave and Paul did an amazing job of keeping me informed and doing the work at a fantastic price.

I really cannot fault the service, their honesty and help was just what was needed while I had a difficult decision of deciding what to do with a very broken bike worth a lot of money! Thanks guys fantastic work!

Amazing service and very knowledgeable staff. No feeling that they were pushing product onto you that wouldn't be right. They were able to help with foot analysis and a seat fit (for bike seat). They sell bikes, bike seats, shoes, helmets and everything else. Highly recommended. Parking just outside makes it easy to get to as well.

Nothing is to much trouble for the staff at amArriw cycles always helpful and friendly. Having found a wheel bearing gone on my race bike fri dropped wheel off in the afternoon and was serviced and fixed by sat morning meaning I could use my bike for my sun ride. Thanks guys much appreciated. I never go anywhere else as Arrow in my opinion are the best in Lincoln.

Help has been friendly and prompt and the repairs undertaken well at a fair price.
