Avoid at any cost. Left my bike with them for a week. Bike came back in worst condition than I left it with. Gears on my bike were barely operable, white leather seat was covered in greasy finger prints. Contact them to get refund and was told to bring me bike back to get it fixed.
No way I will give them my bike again.

Really friendly team, great communication and fair prices. They checked my bike, called me to explain what they wanted to do and then carried out the service so quickly. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Bought a bike from Nottingham Bikeworks today and really happy with it. A great bike, excellently refurbished and for a reasonable price. Mainly wanted to leave a review because of Kevin's service, he was really informative and went out of his way to give me lots of useful information and tips as a novice cycler, and then made sure the bike was definitely in top notch condition and all set up before letting me go away. I would definitely recommend going here to purchase a bike or for servicing or bike accessories, I will be going back myself.

Very friendly staff. I asked for a repair, the result was fast and perfect.
In the internal bulletin board there are also many initiatives that organize or participate.

10/12/21 workshop. Really enjoyed the workshop and thanks for the knowledge and gifts... Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of or currently riding to attend as it's innovative to see the equipment, hints and tips to successfully keep a maintained bike. Also provide all the services and have a bike shop which have a good range.

It is ok if you go there but you have to know the price very well as they would charge you for all kinds of things that they would not tell you at first. I know nothing about labour fee and my tyre's price.
I left my bike here two days ago just asking the staff to fix two small parts for me. I enquired about little cracks in my front type and asked him to let me choose types. However he said he have to check later so I said whether I would change my front tyre depends. I did not ask him to replace it, which he actually did. Inner tube worth 5￡ and the labour fee is also 5.
