It’s been a week and the item hasn’t been dispatched, tracking number does not work, won’t pick up the phone. Tried to buy through amazon, and these people are as bad as the other reviews state. Wish someone would give them the awful rating they deserve on amazon too. Your buisiness is a disgrace. Needed a bike part and you’re joke of a business has just wasted my time.

Ordered 24" tyres for my son's bike, but those sent would never fit a 24" wheel. So I get charged the return postage; no reply to email, no one answering the phone.. best to steer clear.

So I ordered a seat post via Amazon from these guys on 23rd April. Came quite quickly but they sent the wrong size. So exchange would involve waiting till they received the return and my bike was unusable so I got one somewhere else and asked for a refund. No problem said they but gave me a refund for the postage only and a week or two later another one arrived! Sent it back asking for refund and postage as I had clearly asked for a refund. Nothing by late May so contacted them when they said they hadn't received it. Sent copy of delivery confirmation so they said that they would refund me anyway. Which they did but no postage. Its now 23rd June. I give up
Life's too short

2 cycling bottles ordered on Amazon (during covid-19 outbreak). Only one arrived. Email sent and was responded to immediately. Then the next day (before lunch) not one but two bottles arrived in the post. Excellent response! It's not the mistakes you make but how you resolve them that counts. Chapeau!

Ordered boxes of 20 zefal c02 cartridges from their amazon shop. Instead of 20 as the advert says, they sent one instead!! A total scam shop and bull answer from them that someone else changed the advert. Avoid!

Zero communication, placed an order on Amazon then had my despatch email and a day or two later was refunded with no explanation.

There’s no way I can find to communicate with them. Bought panniers through Amazon and after two weeks the zip was broken. Disgraceful

Cassette arrived with bent sprockets. Phone number doesn't work.
