Brilliant. Really good customer service. And really helpful. And doesn't rip you off like another bike shop in derby. Definitely recommend using this shop for any bicycle issues or if your looking to buy a bike.

Don’t know where to start... my bike I brought from a high profile shop as seen on tv! developed a cracking sound i phoned said place up and was looking 3-4 weeks to get it repaired I found London road cycles on google seen they were open after I finished work and went straight in yesterday and got talking to Luca who knows his stuff and straight away said I can have it ready tomorrow afternoon ! I left my bike with him and did the dreaded long walk home only to get a phone call today at half 3 to tell me it’s done... that’s less than 24hours with sorting the fault and extras I asked for I highly recommend this shop Luca showed me all of the shoddy work that the builder did and boy oh boy if I could be bothered I would be kicking a right stink off at the builder shop for saying the bike is less than 10 months old !!!!!!!!!!!! Nice price, professional customer service and an extremely good place to go !!!!

Great customer service popped in with my sons bike and adjusted the brakes there and then. Very reasonably priced and friendly

Brilliant service for my punctured tyre. Quick tube replacement while I waited. So much quicker than me faffing about with it! Plus very reasonable price, I'd left my repair kit at home and easy to walk to from work👍

To be fair I did go in with low expectations. Boy was I wrong. I been to other bicycle shops and felt like I wasn't interested and not bothered about my biking needs and lack of knowledge with bikes. Luca was a great big help on narrowing on some of the choice. They are all still look almost new, has you can see the choice of my bike. He noticed the handlebar wasn't aligned properly before I left the shop and he was certainly happy enough to straight that out. Did feel like they go out of their way to help you best they can with bikes and you do feel safe with their knowledge about bikes and repairs.

I took my pure scooter for an innertube replacement, and the guy did it in a couple hours excellent and quick service, would recommend
