I have just visited these guys and received fantastic service. Can not recommend them more highly.
I recently bought a sirrus X3 from another store who are not local and the left crank just fell off. So a warranty claim. Nothing was an issue and the bike was repaired quickly.
These guys really know there stuff. My bike is now better than when it was new.

I have found other outlets to be poor substitute in comparison. I wish I had gone to Bromley Bike Co. first, - they are head & shoulders above the rest!

I had a mechanical where my seat came off (tinkering around and then left without tools 🤦🏼‍♂️) and I had no way of fixing it back on so cycled five miles before coming to this wonderful ship. Without hesitation they lent me tools to fix it asking nothing in return.

Very friendly staff and shop was well stocked.

Ewan is a great lad. I'm 55, fat, old and useless, but he listened to what I needed, or wanted, and carried out the service perfectly. Set up my tubeless tyres, bled my brakes, and checked over my bike, as it was a new to me, but used one

Chris is fantastic. Took my bike in after chain snapped and knowing there were some other issues. Chris dealt with everything. He is friendly, helpful, talks things through I will continue to take my bike to Chris when I need anything.

I used these guys 3 times when I was cycling had no problems with them at all the service was spot on I couldn't fault them .

Still waiting for order from the 8th December. Not replying to emails or answering the phone. Avoid. Edit. Got a response from the owner. hopefully now sorted

Chris is extremely knowledgeable and runs a super efficient bike servicing workshop. Always excellent and accommodating customer service. Nothing is ever too much trouble. A customer of 20 years. Would highly recommend.
