Had these guys service my suspension and do a full frame bearing swap and general fettle. Very happy with everything, they kept in touch with what was happening, the end cost was very reasonable and the bike rides like new.

Guys at creation cycles fitted an Ohlins rear coil to my Kona this weekend.
10/10 for price and the fact they allowed me to come in and fit it (make sure it fit my awkward frame dimensions) free of charge was just a bonus.

Fantastic service, re-tuned my wife's shock with brilliant results. Full shock and fork services have been near transformative for performance. They've build me some WeAreOne wheels with Onyx hubs, supplied and trouble shot TRP brakes (turns out I'm a bad brake fitter - thanks for the rescue :D)

Absolute joke of a bike shop, had my bike over a week after saying it will take a week to do a full service. Then come to collect three days after they say it will be ready and they have done nothing at all. Also trying to get hold of them was a joke aswell as the phone was constantly down. Do not come here for bike work if you actually want it doing in a decent time frame 🙃

Taken bikes for servicing to many places but the attention to detail at CC is the best I have come across, excellent. Thanks.
