I went with an emergency repair en-route and ended up with it fixed (as best as possible), after a lovely chat and a coffee before getting on my way. There’s also a great selection of bikes suiting any rider and surface. Highly recommended.

Mark is a really great guy and is very skilled and knowledgeable. He’s just fitted a new cassette to my road bike and gave the bike a very full service at the same time. It has never ridden so well, it is like having a brand new machine. The gear change is now so smooth so quick and quiet. Thank you Mark!

Loved bikes and was actually very interested in why I wanted the bike.
The service fro choosing to collection was faultless,eve given the issues around sourcing bikes etc at the moment.

Mark at Pedal Barn is quite simply a true gentleman! I placed an order with him for a Van Nicholas Skeiron after a very lengthy telephone conversation. He gave a lot of useful information about the different types of bike that VN produce and we discussed what I was looking for from my next purchase. After making a decision (which was the hardest part of the whole process), I placed an order for the Skeiron. The bike was shipped from the Netherlands the next day and was delivered to Pedal Barn approximately a week later. Mark kept me up to date with the progress and have to say that was a nice touch!
I travelled from Norwich to Pedal Barn to collect the bike and got to meet Mark for the first time. He made me feel incredibly welcome and again we chatted about bikes (and drank coffee) for some considerable time.
Mark takes great care to treat his customers with a first class service that is literally second to none. If you’re thinking of making a purchase from Pedal Barn and in particular if you’re in the market for a titanium Van Nicholas, then I highly recommend Mark at Pedal Barn.
