Used them for the first (online not the shop - same website) time to buy an expensive back pack (orliteb). The bag came unwrapped in no packaging (just in the standard tredz box). It has lots of dirt marks and a couple of scuff marks which is very unimpressive
Their customer service team were not very helpful, offering a 10% voucher however I hardly shop with them and they seemed to think it was a minor issue. Paying £100 for a backpack and to receive it in this condition is not minor in my view unfortunately
Use another retailer - I would avoid them

Booked my bike in as I just couldn’t stop my front derailleur from rubbing. I dropped it off before the store closed the evening before for speed and the guy fixed it there and then. Took him 10 mins to fix and they didn’t charge me. Fab service from a friendly GIANT specialist!

I took my bike here to resolve an issue I was having with my front brake.

When I collected the bike the issue hadn't been resolved and they had fitted brand new brake pads without phoning me for permission first and then tried to charge me an extra £40 for the new brake pads and extra labour involved.

After discussing this with as different member of staff at reception, and an argument with the mechanic who came over to reception during the discussion, they agreed to discount the extra £40 which was good of them to do. The member of staff at the front desk took my bike back to the workshop and fixed the issue in 5minutes which was great.

However the attitude of the mechanic who worked on my bike before that wasn't very friendly and made me feel like I had done something wrong. He should contacted me prior to installing the new brake pads for permission - it's common practice for shops to call before proceeding with any extra works that would result in an uplift in price to the client.

I won't be returning to Tredz for any mechanical works and I would recommend you go elsewhere for this.

Wanted to buy 2 x Kids Dry Robes & rather than order online with Dry Robe direct, visited Penarth Rd Tredz as knew they were Suppliers. Spoke to Rachel, Store Assistant who was very helpful. She ordered the Robes for me & I’m now awaiting email from Tredz to say the Robes have arrived in Store. Thank you Rachel, nothing was too much trouble for her 😊

Absolutely shocking service from Tredz. The people ON the phones are nice and helpful but the product and aftercare is abysmal.
My bike I purchased had a faulty part, causing issues when riding they arranged for the bike to be collected- which the delivery driver refused to collect as he didn’t have enough space in his van…despite collection being 1-5pm and him arriving at 9:45 am. Bike was eventually collected, “fixed” returned without being risen tested and same issue was still there, bike collected, assessed “fixed” then returned WITHOUT pedals! This is over the course of months, with me having to take the bike to a local shop twice for issues arising from the bike. I rely on my bike for commuting 16 miles to and from work, it needs to be reliable and it needs pedals….

I’m extremely satisfied with their online shop where they keep the customers updated with what’s happening with their order at all stages. I’ve ordered a bike worth £5750 and it arrived well packaged with some extra bits to help with the assembly after 2 days! Honestly, the service at Tredz is second to none! This is how every bike shop should be run!

Top customer service I dealt with Chun he was very knowledgeable indeed he gave solid advice on best purchase for bike and shoes then fitted cleats without asking - I am very pleased all, around. Used them today what a solid purchase. Thanks again highly recommended shop with excellent customer service.

Made a first visit this morning . I was very impressed how helpful the staff were. The repair shop was very willing to explain the problem with my bike also the repair side of it. Full marks. I had just left a major Car/Cycle shop in Barry who were the complete opposite . My neighbour recommended you .
