Super quick and great advice. A hidden gem in Cardiff. They built a bike I bought online no problem. Gave me loads of advice and every single person in there was happy to chat and answer any questions. Awesome guys. I’ll definitely be back for services and spares.

I cannot overstate how thrilled I am by the service I got from Punk bikes. They kept me informed throughout, they sent me photo updates, they were super friendly and lovely. I also think it was bloody good value.

My go-to shop for any bike related repairs. Alex and Tom are great, friendly guys and very knowledgeable! You can always trust their advice (and for someone who doesn't know much about bikes, this is very important to me) The prices are affordable and the work is great. I've been coming here for about 2 years and will definitely keep going back whenever my bike needs any repairs or maintenance.

In Cardiff for the day and decided to take a trip to visit after reading the background to the store and their company ethos. Visited at about 2.30pm on 29/7/22. Was greeted by the sole guy working there, had a beard and air pods in his ears, talking down to an Uber delivery rider looking to get his bike repaired. Was pretty much shouting at him, guessing his Bon Iver playlist was a little loud in his ears. Called me ' Buddy' and basically told me there wasn't really anything at the store to check out. I left after about a minute, pretty unimpressed with this ' store for the people'. Maybe things would have been different had I turned up on my 'fixie' wearing a wollen beanie. Never going back. Got much better service at Evans cycles down the road, and that is owned by Sports Direct! Pretention of the highest order, so cringey guys. I was ready to buy a few things for an upcoming trip and support the independent. Defo won't be back. Such a disappointment. The fact I took the time to write this review should speak volumes.

Perfect customer service and now the only place I will take my road bike. Tom was able to sort me out a new left hand crank arm after I assembled my bike incorrectly - he gave me general advice and also pumped my tyres up as part of the service. I also bought a bottle cage (which he installed) and a bike lock - best bike shop I have been to. Thanks to Tom

Tom provided fantastic service and was clearly extremely knowledgable about intricate details. Spent over an hour helping me fix my bike and teaching me along the way, i was also given specific parts all for free. I'll definitely be coming back for any issues i have in the future.

Really impressed with the effort the guys put in to save my very poorly bike. I took it in with a damaged bottom bracket (though we didn’t know just how damaged) as well as generally needing some TLC.

These talented velosurgeons welded their own tool (!!, pictured) to remove the broken bracket. Their inventiveness—fuelled by a natural interest in engineering and problem-solving—managed to save it. They succeeded in extracting the bracket, gave it a brand new one, freshly serviced its brakes and gears, and I’m very glad to have it back.

Impressive work, friendly attitude, and great workshop dog. Very happy. Thanks, guys.

Always my first choice for any think bike related in cardiff. I've had both of my bikes from here and they are both brilliant.my first bike from here (picture included) had a custom paint job and special order wheals and was finished to a fantastic standard. My second bike also came from here and is perfect for me and what I need it for. I really appreciated there advice on what would suit me best, as well and the knowledge thay had about what products (lights ect) would be best suited to my needs. Can't fault them or the services they offer at all.
