Bi Ped Cycles

I’d lost my front thru axel and my mate’s rear derailleur had snapped and we went in to this shop first thing Saturday morning and everyone was really friendly and helpful and we had both bikes fixed up and we were out cycling by 10am

They had what I needed but their bearings were very expensive. If I didn't need them before the weekend I would have shopped online. I was charged £60.99 for parts that would have cost me just over £40 online.

We showed up half an hour before closing time. We had pushed our fully-laden bikes for 3 miles on a flat front tire due to a rusted tube valve that I couldn't remove from the rim when trying to fix the flat. The mechanic graciously removed the valve, free of charge! He could have taken advantage of two desparate bike tourists by charging some outlandish fee but he chose to take the high road and help us out. Many thanks for your integrity and kindness!!

Jason at Bi Ped Cycles was incredibly helpful in every way! He was able to quickly mend a broken spoke that made all the difference to my biking holiday. I was on a bicycle trip and my chain snapped for some reason. I made it to this nice bicycle shop. They had the correct chain for my vintage bike. The mechanic didn´t have time straight away but he borrowed me tools with some instructions. It was fixed quickly. Knowledgable and very friendly staff. Thanks a lot for the help.
