What a great experience from Start to finish. Emailed Stuart for a bike in my size, manage to assemble a bike ready for me to view the next day. Explained everything on the bike to me in full and had all accessories needed to go with my bike in stock. Awesome customer service and such a friendly atmosphere in a well stocked Trek bike shop. Should be proud of the service you offer Stu, Definately be using this shop again.

Dan helped me with my new wheelset, replacing my old set that could not be repaired. He swapped over rotors and cassette making less work for me. A great service that I would not hesitate in recommending.

It's difficult to write reviews when places are this good. The service is un-matched, I only spent £200 but got treated like I was spending £2000. Honest and accurate turn around times for repairs, whilst answering all 436 of my questions.

You can tell that the products they sell are carefully selected, there's nothing that looks remotely questionable in quality. Would love to see more accessories and parts though.

Can’t rate RBW high enough for their products and service. A great range of bikes are kept in stock from their top end racing machines to entry level bikes… I always love having a browse around the shop.

That being said, it’s the mechanical services I’ve benefited from more so, with amazing customer service and a speedy turn around time 🙌🏻

The guys @RideBikesWales alway go the extra mile to make sure your bikes are running perfectly, they are always happy to help and give advice and support. Absolutely cracking team :)

Great local bike shop, with an excellent range of accessories and a warm welcome. Always helpful advice on sizing for my son's next bike. Servicing carried out in house, but haven't used this... yet. Always prefer to support my LBS where I can and this place is nice and local for me, being between Llanharan and Talbot Green/Llantrisant.
