BuyTricycle - adult tricycles

Tryed phoneing them, impossible to speak, never any answer,As for it being in church st.Its a mystery where it is? Basically a non existent shop, with a non existent manager, with a non existent Brain.

My sentiments too as above review, tried constantly to call them, could only email, gave me some story about the phone company letting them down.
Told my bike wiuld come Friday, that came no bike, emailed them some story about not deslatching in time, this was 5 days after ordering it, then when i imailed them no bike , they said Saturday, the box was damaged parcelforce said so refused to pick it up when i i track it, emailed again gave me a story cant be damaged only just picked up, Surprise when it arrived at local bike shop they rang to say box damaged big hole in box would let me know if damaged bike. 6 days later no basket, this time they answered phone told it takes 3 days after the bike so had to remind them that arrived 6 days ago, commented on their customer service wasa joke, the bike shop said it was a nightmare to put together & the front mudguard didnt seem right once again phoned them where again as i told them they disbelieved me so gave the the shop number & said fine you speak to them.
I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN AND DEFINETLY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM
As the website says family run business very poor customer service.
