I have just got back into mountain bikes after a 15 year + gap. It's great to have a local bike shop with staff that are knowledgeable and have a passion about bikes. The ability to take a bike out on a proper demo ride with the hills and trails around Llangollen which are guaranteed to test any bike and rider, means you can make sure the bike you purchase is the right one for your riding style. All this and a bit of good old fashioned customer service thrown in as well!

Very good team. Friendly, always got time for you. Their knowledge of the trek bike range is outstanding. Couldn't do enough to make sure I ended up with the right bike which I am very pleased with. Nice, and I think important to be able to purchase locally. I know I will always have help with the bike in the future.

A highly trustworthy bike shop. As a consumer you need to be aware that many bike shops carry huge amounts of stock and therefore are pressured to sell anything left to anyone they can, these guys don’t do that. Also, many bike shops offer bonuses to mechanics for the sale of components meaning needless sales to the unaware consumer, these guys don’t so that either. I have been riding regularly for 35 years and have ridden all over the world. I can wholeheartedly recommend Llanvelo to anyone looking for good honest service and excellent customer care.

Brilliant service from the guys at Llan Velo. Fast, honest and superb service. These guys saved my tecent cycling trip around Llangollen from disaster. So grateful guys. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Really impressed with the guys at Llan Velo. Was in Llangollen for the enduro and discovered the day before that I needed a new bottom bracket . The were so helpful fitting me in on a days notice and did a superb job . Friendly and knowledgable with a good stock of bikes and parts . You just don’t get many bike shops like this one

Always a great experience at Llan Velo. Great advice on what products are suitable/best fit etc. Purchased a new MTB frame and the guys carried out the build with great quality and kept me up to date on progress. Would highly recommend.
