Didnt provide tracking £90 hope bb gone missing. Customer service not interested at all. Even their sales rep agreed with me! Have to wait for a royal mail decision 30 -45 days. Only other postal option £9.30, a disgrace.No indication tracking of some sort would not be provided.
Who else does that?.. No one!
I have repeatedly asked them to just post the items to me taken from a new box in stock, and that is the cheapest solution since it would avoid costly shipping of a new complete product and collection of a partial product should I request a complete exchange. Despite suggesting that by sending a new item and collecting the partial item from me amounted to the same thing as taking the missing parts from their stock but without 2 lots of expensive shipping costs, they refused to do this until they had no stock left, at which point they said they could but there was no stock! Every day I have been told that they would call at the end of the day with an update, but I have head nothing unless I call them. This could easily have been solved on day 1, but by being so limp in their dealings with their supplier Tweeks customer service clearly put their suppliers and their business needs above their customers; so beware. I still don't know when my missing parts will arrive, after a week of phoning them every day. I will never buy from Tweeks again, and will advise anyone I know to avoid this store as well.
I ordered a chainring and was sent the wrong product - as soon as I opened the parcel I could see it was the wrong chainring.
I called customer service and was told that due to the fact I'd be sent the wrong item, they would investigate whether someone who lived locally to me would be able to deliver the correct item later that day (it felt this was going the extra mile and I was impressed!). If that wasn't going to be possible, they suggested they'd send the correct part by express delivery. I was told they'd call later that day to let me know what was happening.
1 week later and I haven't received the correct part or any further correspondence. 20 more minutes on hold as 'caller number 1' this morning and I've managed to organised collection of the part and then a refund.
What a complete waste of time.
