Purchased a bike, child seat and bike carrier from these guys through the cycle to work scheme. They were lovely and polite. Helped me with my purchase, I asked if the items I got would work together and they said they did. They kept the stock reserved for me whilst my company sorted the certificate. Gave them the number and it was delivered within 48 hours (well attempted but no one was home, can’t blame tweeks for that tho). Would happily use again

I placed an order online at about 11.30am for a Hope Fortus 30 front wheel. I was amazed when the wheel turned up (all the way to Scotland) the following lunchtime. Excellent service, Thank you.

Odd that the review scores for this retailer are so low, I was worried that the item I ordered wasn't actually in stock (Hamax Outback trailer), as it was sold out everywhere else so I followed up by phone and customer service answered with no wait time and confirmed that the item was being picked and packed. It was delivered within 2 days and price was significantly better than anywhere else, including Amazon.

Disgraceful Service!! Lost my parcel due to substandard delivery system based on weight not value of item.
Didnt provide tracking £90 hope bb gone missing. Customer service not interested at all. Even their sales rep agreed with me! Have to wait for a royal mail decision 30 -45 days. Only other postal option £9.30, a disgrace.No indication tracking of some sort would not be provided.
Who else does that?.. No one!

My wife bought a Saris M2 Trainer from Tweeks as a gift, but it arrived with two missing parts. I called first thing on Monday 10th Oct, explaining which parts were missing, and they said they would contact their supplier and get back to me with an update. I suggested that they send the two missing parts from another item that was in stock, so that I didn't have to wait, but was told they don't do that. I have since called every day for the rest of the week, and they have not heard back from their supplier.
I have repeatedly asked them to just post the items to me taken from a new box in stock, and that is the cheapest solution since it would avoid costly shipping of a new complete product and collection of a partial product should I request a complete exchange. Despite suggesting that by sending a new item and collecting the partial item from me amounted to the same thing as taking the missing parts from their stock but without 2 lots of expensive shipping costs, they refused to do this until they had no stock left, at which point they said they could but there was no stock! Every day I have been told that they would call at the end of the day with an update, but I have head nothing unless I call them. This could easily have been solved on day 1, but by being so limp in their dealings with their supplier Tweeks customer service clearly put their suppliers and their business needs above their customers; so beware. I still don't know when my missing parts will arrive, after a week of phoning them every day. I will never buy from Tweeks again, and will advise anyone I know to avoid this store as well.

Very disappointing service from Tweeks Cycles. I wish I'd checked the reviews on google before going ahead with my purchase - don't be tempted to use them over other reliable online retailers because Tweeks are cheaper or have the specific part you need.

I ordered a chainring and was sent the wrong product - as soon as I opened the parcel I could see it was the wrong chainring.

I called customer service and was told that due to the fact I'd be sent the wrong item, they would investigate whether someone who lived locally to me would be able to deliver the correct item later that day (it felt this was going the extra mile and I was impressed!). If that wasn't going to be possible, they suggested they'd send the correct part by express delivery. I was told they'd call later that day to let me know what was happening.

1 week later and I haven't received the correct part or any further correspondence. 20 more minutes on hold as 'caller number 1' this morning and I've managed to organised collection of the part and then a refund.

What a complete waste of time.

I ordered a Scott bike as a Christmas present for my 8 year old son. When putting it up on Christmas Eve there were no pedals!! Luckily managed to find a spare set to use otherwise I would have had a very upset child! When I phoned the shop after Christmas I was told the bike isn’t supplied with pedals!!!!!! This is absolute rubbish. Having checked the bike description on numerous other sites the bike is supplied with reflective pedals. On the plus side the bike is very good and has been used every day since. I would double check thoroughly your purchase if you use this company. Delivery was very quick and the man on the phone was very polite, even if I still get any pedals!!!

5* I ordered front+rear Hope Tech 3 E4 brakes through Tweeks Cycles, well, I actually ordered the wrong ones at first (my fault) my error was quickly put right and refunded & re-ordered before shipment. Arrived next day. I haven't fitted them yet, but I've inspected them and I'm very happy. I don't usually write reviews but I had a good experience.
