Turned up unannounced on week 3 of a cycle camping tour around Wales. Told the gentleman/mechanic my problem (a loose limit screw on the rear derailleur, so the chain kept coming off into the spokes in bottom gear unless it was constantly rechecked) and asked if he had any thread locker to keep it in place (I'm surprised it moved on the smooth roads of Wales)
He removed screw, applied loads of thread locker. Re set the limit screw and refused any payment after saying the thread locker would need time to dry.
I gave gave him £5 anyway hoping he'd get himself a nice mint and lamb pasty from down the road or a coffee.

The mechanic in here is an absolute gentleman. replaced my ride after a near sidewall blowout from hellfire pass. Even changed it for me without me asking. Inspected my road bike. Class shop if you ever need bike parts, support or anything else. Legend

This gentlemen is an absolute life saver! I was at Revs when I crashed into a tree and my piston had blown out, leaking fluid all over my bike :(. There's no bike shop at Revs but they did recommend me to this place, 25 minutes down the road and was fully equipped for what I needed. He upgraded me to a shimano XT brake set and I'm pretty glad I crashed tbh as we went to Caersws the next day and honestly, that was probably one of the best accidental things I've done. This gentlemen sorted me out so I was able to get back in time for some more runs! - Absolute legend!

One of my favourite ever bicycle repair shops. Friendly, trustworthy - and he really knows his stuff. Recommend!

I'm on holiday in the area. Snapped my front bike cable. Asked if he could do it ( expected a couple of days ) he did it immediately and I'd also asked him to do the other brake cable ( if he had time )
Did both within the hour while I wandered round the shops. Very inexpensive bill and I was so impressed I gave him a fiver for a beer on me ! What fantastic service. Thank you so much !
