Whilst out for a leisurely cycle along the beach front path etc from Abergele, all of a sudden I found myself in quite a predicament, from nowhere a gust of wind perhaps? An eager Seagull? Either way my chain snapped off as I was admiring the Rhyl quayside.

With it being late in the day and getting my mind set for a long walk back, I saw in the distance the Bike Hub, I made my way, tip toeing along in my cleats, and went inside, a man, no, a hero came out from behind the counter area, took a look at my bike and fixed it in no time, the man even offered me a warm drink recognising my struggle, that man ladies and gentlemen was Rob! Bravo to Rob for saving me a good few hrs walk back to Abergele.

Great friendly service fair prices would definitely recommend.

Have used the Hub for year. They have just serviced my road bike and my partners hybrid. The standard of customer service is excellent, the staff always willing to explain any issues and they take great pride in the level of repairs they carry out, always willing to help. Frankly I find some of the derogatory reviews unfair and misleading. I am a long standing customer and will remain so. Thanks to all at the Hub.

I’ve been using the Bike Hub for years now to fix my bike problems. Always do a fantastic job, and the staff are all really nice and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone local that needs a smooth running bike.

I honestly advise not to use this shop! Rude staff honestly think they didn’t like the fact my bike wasn’t from them. Charged me £20 for them putting some air in my wheels and straighten my wheel for me. I watched them threw the window it took them 3 to 4 minutes to do than spent the other 15 minutes dealing with other customers than came out to ask me if I had cash and telling me it was £20. They are honestly ripping everybody off I’ve road bikes all my life and this is a £5/£10 job. Also by bike was brand new just came out of the box so it didn’t need service other than some air and my wheel straightening honestly don’t use this shop!!!!!

Didn't think much of the welcome earlier this week when my wife and I enquired about hiring bikes for the day. Two guys in there didn't give us much of a friendly welcome in the first instance. They then gave us very little in the way of options before my wife saw red and we left.

Great bike service - fast and for a reasonable price.
Communication is great and they went out of their way to assist me with my arch nemesis - a flat tire. Bravo.

Greg gave me expert and honest advise about my 12 year old bike that I had cycled into the ground. Needed lots of new parts but now it's riding better than ever. Excellent and trustworthy service, thank you.

Excellent Workmanship, I have an "old" 2013 Giant road bike that was in need of some renovation and TLC, rather than trying to flog us a new one like some other places they sourced a new crank, cassette, levers etc., turning it from a triple to a double chain wheel with a similar granny gear and top end. New brake pads and cables, wheels checked over and sorted. All done in a week whilst I was away. I now have the equivalent of a brand new bike for a fraction of the cost. Thanks Guys
