Have used Don Skene cycles a number of times now, most recently yesterday when I needed some repairs done at very short notice. Thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Team Skene, particularly Owen who fixed my bike and took the time to explain everything and show me what he was doing. Nothing was too much trouble and Owen treated my bike as if it were his own. Will continue to support this local business as their knowledge and customer service is unsurpassed. 5 stars!!!

Over the years we have purchased many bikes from the shop. You will find a range of the leading bikes and products on sale. Aftercare and product knowledge is always spot on. Any issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Purchasing a new bike or in for repairs, the service is always superb. 👍🚵‍♂️

I dealt with Paul who was very knowledgeable on the Ebike I was looking at. He had the answers to all my questions and some more. I am new to ebikes so it was very refreshing to deal with someone who understood what they can and can’t do. He also outlined the aftercare service they would offer.

Since purchasing my bike I have wanted to make modifications and they have been excellent in accommodating. Nothing has been too much for them.

I can’t recommend them enough especially Paul who is always available to answer any questions I may have. He really goes above and beyond.

Excellent first visit to the store, the patience and knowledge of the staff helped me to decide which bike I needed. They showed me exactly how much the bike would cost. Showed me how much invisiframe costs prior to fitting & the usual labour charges. They Showed me exactly what the protection looks like & basically left me to go home & crunch some numbers. Will I be returning? Yes? Will i order what I want from them? yes - i will .

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. I had a hell of a time finding the bike I was after, they had one, held it for me on a very reasonable deposit, built it and set the suspension for me, which I’ve never had done before. I picked it up and couldn’t be happier. Really nice knowledgeable guys, will definitely buy a bike from here again, Thank you very much!
