Had a really good deal on a Bianchi Via Nirone from here around 5 years ago.

Have done 1000s of miles on the bike, I’ve looked after it. Never once let me down, no chain breaks, cable failures.

Took them 4 days to email me the item I ordered is out of stock, but only after I phone them couple of times.

Just purchased a Bianchi Infinito. Excellent service, quick to reply to requests for information & build options.
They kept me updated on progress. Very happy overall & the bike rides like a dream!

Buyer beware. Purchased multiple items online. I need to return one, the return form does not work, email is not answered, nor is phone.
