Great little shop with great customer service. I recently bought some custom wheels from them and from start to finish of the build the team were great. The mechanic gave me a number of options from hubs to rims based on the type of riding I'd be doing and involved me in the build process, keeping me informed on where he was in the process. Wheels are fantastic quality too!

I've used a few bike shops in and around Swansea since moving here for university. The staff at Pilot house are by far the most friendly and helpful. The range of products and services are what you'd expect from a typical bike shop and much more besides with bikes and bicycle related paraphernalia to cater for everyone from a beginner discovering the joys of two wheels to a seasoned connoisseur of the velo. Get down there and support your local bike shop!

These guys rescued me free of charge when my cassette worked loose on a trip out from Penarth today. It's a great little shop with some really good quality gear and knowledgeable staff who are very willing to give you advice. Recommended.

We purchased two Santa Cruz bikes after lots of help choosing the right bikes for us. Collected the bikes and had a couple of setup tweaks sorted after first couple of rides. Service is excellent and the bikes and gear we bought are great. Would highly recommend.

The staff here are very helpful and efficient, particularly Justin. He fixed my break within a couple of days, then I had a puncture and he fixed that on the same day. The price was extremely reasonable. To be honest I felt guilty handing over such little money. Definitely recommend this place - top bike shop and repair service!

Hi everybody I've just had my bike repaired and serviced .justin not only a nice guy.but how very knowledgeable he is i was shocked by the standard of the repair the bike was like new.i was there on Thursday this week.and rode the bike to work absolute first class and the fees for the work very reasonable. Unlike a well known store I've used.who don't care..justin will tell you straight and very honestly. I'll be going there again no hesitation.great place thank you justin 😁🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️😁👍👍

Great shop, well stocked, and with helpful and friendly staff. I found PHC after I snapped a gear cable 100kms into a 300km ride. They sorted me out and made me a coffee while I waited. No hesitation in recommending this place.
