Had broken pedal on my Scott aspect, had them in stock, fitted for me, also had correct size tyres which i was well pleased with as my local shop didnt without ordering, all at reasonable price.
Would recommend to any one down on holiday and stuck, would have been shame not to be able to use my bike for rest of
my holiday

Amazing local bike shop. Went in to ask wether they were able to fit a bike part that I had received as a warranty replacement from an online company. Not only able to help but fit me in the same day and at a very reasonable price. Very friendly and knowledgable staff, would highly recommend and will visit again.

Following in the pedals of others, found myself on holiday with a sheared off gear lever. Bierspool cycles turned around the replacement and repair on the spot - time enough to resupply the camper van with some supplies - brilliant service thanks

I completed my Land's End to John O'Grouts trip 14 days riding, 1013 miles, 61,765 ft of climbing and 84 hrs in the saddle.

Not a single issue with the bike, prefect setup, all I did for the fortnight was put air in the tyres and lube the chain occasionally. Didn't even have a puncture!!!

Contrast that to the rest of the group who kept two trained mechanics busy for half an hour every morning with numerous visits to bike shops around the country to get new parts etc.
