Cowbridge Cycles Center (Simon`s Cycles)

Only just recently learned of this review facility but have visited Simon quite a few times and found him great. Latest job was overhauling my Trek hybrid ( The shopping bike ) with new parts and lubrication. It felt like a new machine again- very very pleased. Bound to be back.

Top store, my wife had a problem with the gear selector whilst we were out on a cycle luckily found this fantastic shop massive selection of spares and bits and bobs. The chap adjusted the gears and said don't worry about payment its only taken a few minutes. So much better than one of these large stores that just want to see you something.

I always go to Simon to sort out my many bikes. He’s there when needed and fixes things promptly. His great experience is invaluable to me. Skill takes years to achieve.

A huge thank you to Simon and his colleague for helping me out in a crisis last Friday. They dealt with my problem immediately and enabled me to get back on the bike and cycle home to Cardiff. They also gave me some useful advice about bike maintenance. Many thanks again.

Simon has provided an excellent service collecting and fixing my son's cycles during Covid. Will continue to use and promote this local business. Thanks again.

I took my mountain bike there a few weeks back, just needed the brake adjusted.
Absolute ripoff, charged me £10 for 20 seconds work, never go there again!!! I did hear he was over pricing people, once bitten twice shy!!

Super friendly and brilliant service. Had a last minute issue with a damaged gear cable, called at 4:30pm and was told to bring it in the next morning (Saturday), changed the same day and was able to squeeze in a bike ride in the afternoon. My cables are concealed in the frame and it looked well tricky to tackle and Simon explained fully how he did it. Proper bike shop, on my way out bumped into a customer who has been going there for 18 years, says it all……

Great service, fixed my bike, feels like new again! So grateful to the men at shop, very helpful and friendly. Top class shop! would definitely recommend. Thank you!
