I have undertaken 100 mile round trips to visit this dealership for purchase, service and warranty repairs for nearly 10 years spanning 3 cars and couldn't recommend them highly enough. When paying premium prices I do expect premium service and Bowker Preston have always met this expectation or gone above and beyond. Most recently their i3 specialist, Harold, has provided incredible service that is a credit to their dealership.

Had my car in for a factory recall. All in all very efficient even valated my car which I didn't expect. Only issue I had was I was told my car would be ready by 12-30 as I had left my car the previous day so when I arrived at 2-30 it took 20 minutes for someone to locate my car and bring it round to reception

I have just bought a Motorbike from Bowker Preston. The sales team are a great bunch and really helpful. Unfortunately the culture in the Motorbike Service area is the same as the cars and well below what you would expect. Disappointed

I purchased a used bmw x5 msport a 2019 model from the Preston branch, I was impressed with the viechle as I really liked it but not with reception of salesman, very blunt & no compromising on anything I paid full asking price, & told they wouldn't be able to do anything on price as they had full prepared the x5 refurbishment on allloys spraying front bumper n bonnet, not even a full tank of fuel even though I was buying a 4x4 best part of 50k, I adamantly spoke to the manager of the request and it was met, I'm sorry it should of been done as complementary from bmw without stamping my feet, moving on ,only 1 month after purchasing the x5 I noticed 2 wheels paint work started peeling from the centre cap upwards, I got in touch with boker preston & demanding that theyd rectify this poor paint job on alloys sent them clear pics of the imperfections clearly visible that no damage had been done to the alloys other than it just peeling away, I told them that no harsh chemicals had been used as I'm a professional valeter myself, but more the point they turned me down flat saying its a cosmetic issue, but you'd got them prepared ready for sale as well as the bonnet and bumper, but refused to do anything about it, I've always bought bmws from bmw dealers and always have given a solid after care, but I'm sorry bmw preston were not at all anywhere as helpful just they wanted the money & a goodbye, very very disappointing from bmw. Please beware further customers

We visited Bowker on route back from a wasted journey to another dealership. If only we gone to Bowker first! Excellent, friendly yet not pushy service from Jonny and Heath. Purchased an immaculately presented car and would happily recommend them to others! Thanks all involved 😉

Please Beware, I took my BMW to Bowker Preston to have a diagnostic fault checked. It is a very low mileage car serviced at Bowker Preston. I was devastated when I was told it need a new gear box, being quoted at £8603.00 without fitting. I was visibly upset and questioned why a vehicle with only 29400 needed this but the service adviser could not answer this and went on to explain my options of either contacting a scrap merchant or try to sell it cheap to a mechanic enthusiast cheap. My car is immaculate and only seven years old. I was left all weekend upset and tearful as I disabled and my car is my lifeline. I had a second opinion the following Monday by a non-franchised BMW specialist only to find The diagnostic check carried out by Bowker Preston was not sufficiently checked and further investigation showed the warning light had been triggered by a totally different fault requiring Radiator Blinds. BMW Bowker put me through untold unnecessary anxiety and upset all because the diagnostic was carried properly. A potential estimated bill of over £10,000 or scrapping the car resulted in an actual £700 bill. Please don’t trust the servicing at Bowker Preston. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Absolutely appalling services from start to finish.

Issue with getting the car after showing interest
Issues my trade in value dropping in a week by 2K
Issues with settlement figure given by phone now suddenly there’s an payment due.
Issues with key on previous car never fixed, also broke down 2018 530e.

This will be my last BMW after owing 5 of there cars.

Just collected my BMW R1250GS, very happy with the bike and the service from Mark Christopher, called in to take a look, 2 days later I've collected the bike and very happy with it. Glad to become part of the BMW family
