Sytner Tring BMW

Literally the worst car dealer I have ever seen.

They say my car will be delivered in August. Come August 2022, no one calls me. I have to make multiple calls and send multiple emails to my sales person to finally get through after few days of chasing.

Delivery delayed until January 2023.

Come October 2022, they call me the finance quote has gone up by £120 per month. What is the point of paying a deposit, and sign order form if they can change the price any time they like.

The sales person gives me the most disingenuous 'I am sorry' I have ever heard.

On top of that, they now moved the Mini servicing from their Mini showroom to BMW showroom. So I had to wait much longer than previously in their Mini showroom because the BMW showroom has always been much busier.

So somehow, they also managed to ruin my Mini experience.

While I understand that delays happen, especially in the current global economical climate. There is absolutely no excuse for poor customer service and insane price increase for no particular reason.

If you want to buy BMW or Mini, avoid this dealer at all cost. They will waste your time and money.

Amazing service provided. Booked my car in for a service on a Saturday. Was handled wonderfully by the team. Jack was my service advisor on the day and really made me feel welcomed. He is a real asset to your organisation. Will always be using Tring for my servicing and repairs. Top people and top place.

I took my 4 series in for a brake fluid change, this is the nearest BMW dealer to me so thought I would give them a go. The parking can be a bit busy but managed to find a spot. I was greeted by a kind and friendly receptionist, and was told to take a seat in the waiting area. I was seen quite quickly by Jack Price and car was taken in within 15 mins of checking in which isn’t too bad. The service did take the whole hour and a half as I did a waiting appointment but the dealership is pleasant enough that you don’t mind spending some time there. I was called in after the work was done and they even did a health check. All in all, a good service provided and I would use BMW tring again.

She was very professional, knew all the answers to my questions, and a pleasure to do business with .

Very happy with the experience of buying a car from these folks. Not in a rush to get you into a vehicle or sell you products you feel you don't need or want. Leah was out sales exec and she did a marvelous job of providing us with answers to all the questions we had and even fetched me from the train station when I went to collect the vehicle.

Jason in sales is very professional and looked after me from the initial telephone call to the collection of my new BMW M8 Convertible. He was very knowledgeable in setting up all the gadgets in my car upon collection. After sales service is also fantastic! Lloyd in servicing is a great guy who completed some warranty work on my car within the timescales and arranged a loan car on short notice.
